Does anyone with crazy internet skills know how I could find someone who works at Twitter?

While it's not difficult to find someone who works at twitter, your reason for wanting a 'somebody' is questionable.

I don't think the 'somebody' would be happy about you contacting them directly about a twitter issue or question you have.

If you have an issue or a question we might be able to point you in a direction, like a help forum, that's more open to your interaction.

If you want a 'job' a twitter, then talking to somebody who already works there is reasonable, but I would look for someone who's already posted publicly about working there, (not just 'anybody' who works there).
