Silva's a world class player, outstanding in every way and seems like a model pro. He just gets on with it brilliantly, with little fuss.

However, he comes across a quiet unassuming character that doesn't lend itself necessarily to being a headline grabber. Beardsley springs to mind here for me. One of the finest players England has produced but not a headline grabber, a pin up player

I agree with BB that Silva likely doesn't get as much ink as he earns. Not just in England but in Spain as well. He was overshadowed for years in Spain by Xavi and Iniesta. It didn't help that he played for Valencia rather than Real Madrid or Barca. He'd also get more acclaim in England if he played for Man United. Not that any of that means diddly squat.

For the time span of his career in the premier league it has to be Henry but in that title challenging season Suarez was like a force of nature and just seemed to get the whole side by the scruff of the neck and raise them all to a higher level.

Henry was just majestic in every way and a supreme athlete and the perfect temperament.
