Does anyone know?After the sole proprietorship is set up for doing business and not make any profit in two or three mounts ,does tax need to be paid for any reason?Or the tax is applied only when the profit reach 1.8 milion baht in profit?

You have to declare VAT as soon as your SALES ( NOT Profit ) reach 1.8 million

A sole proprietorship should pay progressive income tax, up to 35%. However, it seems to be common that no income tax is paid and if you do not have any profit, in general you do not pay any tax.
