Burriram-huairat Road

The condition of the Road from Burriram to Huairat is in a more than poor condition of maintenance:

In actual fact its is extremely dangerous to both motor cycles and vehicles, at the moment if your travelling from Burriram to Huairat at one point you drive on the wrong side of the road to avoid the potholes or more to the point craters.

If you use this road give me your views, recently they started filling some of the holes but did not do it properly same as they did last year, the rain and heavy traffic justs pulls the tarmac/gravel out again and makes it worse, but this year they stopped halfway and gave up.

I will be taking pictures in the near future and presenting them to the Highways Dept, or maybe ITV

You should of seen the road to Prackon chai about 4 years ago, the stretch that went in between the big lakes, ( lake mostly All filled in now ) the surface was like big waves, then a damm pothole, hit them on a bike at speed and you are off, i use the Huey rat road when home, as the village road that comes out on the Surin road is a hel_l of a mess, that was done last year. if in the 4x4 not so bad but when going into town on the bike i use the Huey rat road.

Over the past week they have been repairing the road cutting back the trees and strimming the grass edges.

I found out why today one of the Royal Family are visiting a Wat near Krasang which HRH built (My wife tells me its the HRH Princes 1st wife) Of course the route is Satuk and onto the Burriram Huairat Road
