Artisan.

Just picked up the keys to our new house in Buriram last week. So, not I. But I have 2 friends that visit here part time, looking to buy now. Both are serious about setting up here within the next few years.

Could you please pass on some more info. Where? Land size? How many loos / showers? How much, and do you have any pics?

I'll pass on any further info to my 2 Non TV friends :o

Chanote?

Hi Thaddeus,

The property was bought new and is owned by my wife outright. She has held the transfer note and the deeds (chanote) from the beginning. The propert consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large combined living/ dining room and a western style toilet. The entire set of curtains and matching pelmets (cleaned last week) for all windows and patio doors will be included in the sale as will the air-conditioning unit in the largest of the bedrooms. There are two ceiling fans in the living/dining area which will be included in the sale also.

There is space to park 2 cars within the property and there is a small corner garden at the front. The property has just been completely refurbished by a local contractor; repainted both internally and externally and all woodwork and steelwork re-decorated. We have also just resurfaced the entire outside concrete areas.

The accommodation area of the bungalow is about 65 sq. metres and the whole property covers 96 square metres.

if you are in Buri ram now could you give me your wifes phone number (or yours if you speak Thai) and i'll get the sister-in-law to phone you or the wife and arrange for her to come have a look at your house in the next day or two or whenever is convenient, she doesn't work so anytime will be ok for her.

Cheers Buriramboy

Our immaculate 3-bedroom bungalow is still for sale. It has been fully repainted inside and out 2 months ago and resurfacing of the drive and parking area was completed at the same time. All curtains, ceiling fans and air conditioning are included in the price.

Original agency price was 1.3 million baht but, for direct sale to anyone really interested, the price will be 1.2 million baht.

The location is on a small development, very near to the centre of Burirum city on the Nang Rong - Burirum Road.
