Looks a good bike, Have ABS, gear indicator, upright riding position and tall seat. You know this bike has seat height 795 mm same as kawasaki z900. Rear wheel is 150cm wide, bigger than most 300cc bikes, but MSlaz still have more comfortable riding position and cheaper.

Easy, I can compare by image and measure distances on my computer.

For example these two images

As you can see, Mslaz  has taller seat and more room for legs. Also handlebar on mslaz located higher and closer to seat as a result Mslaz has less lean forward and more upright body position.

I don`t see any of those things....

If you hit something ahead with the Mslaz, it looks like you would have a better chance of holding onto the tank by your nuts.  On the other hand, they might grab the bars of the Honda better.
