Yesterday somebody in a grass bite my son's feet and today it swollen. Place of bites are white, looks like pimple and they are hard. He scatch it like mosquito bite. What it could be? And should I go to hospital?

If they turn red, probably chiggers, in which case cover the bumps with fingernail polish.

My kids and I have had the same bites and I've always wondered what they were from. I've never seen what bit me and my prime suspect is fleas.

Be careful as the puss causes further pimples to appear on areas it touches.

I finally found almost same photo in the internet and it is probably fire ant. Anyway thanks for your advice!

....urine, white vinegar, chew tobacco and rub on..they all take the sting out of insect bites.

romanbelov, the way to avoid this is don't let your kids run around outside barefoot.

Right after receiving an insect bite, the use of a hydrocortisone cream can reduce the swelling, itching and redness.

Fire ant bites sting at the time they bite you, so I would think your son would have noticed at the time.
