good luck....i knew two chinese girls who graduated from CR University and did an intern teaching Chinese at local school.

Both were fluent Chinese, English and Thai.

Once the internship was over neither was able to get a work permit to continue teaching and ultimately had to go back to China. For English the school insisted on native speaker though both of the girls spoke better english than the thai english teachers. For chinese the school uses local thais who also speak Chinese.

Hope your friend has better luck than these two girls did.
