Transport option phuket airport to karon?

Arriving on a sunday at noon and would like to know how to get to karon beach,is there anything like shared van/minibus going from Airport to karon/kata?

There's a shared minibus if you want a cheap option. It's 200 baht. Take your accommodation's phone number so either the driver or the office where you will stop en route can ring for directions. Phuket minibus drivers don't do maps or GPS.

And be warned: don't buy anything at the office when you make the stop.

There was a 50 baht bus that ran every half hour. It's on the main road after you get out of the airport. The walk to the road will take about 5 or 10 minutes.

Really ...really ... OP wants to get to Karon in the minimum time. Not take the slow cattle bus into Phuket, then another cattle bus from Phuket Town to Karon. And those buses stop about 17.00

Shared minibus is the best cheapest option.

Taxi ca. 800 Bt, Minibus stated above. Know your destination and they will drive you there. They stop at a "orientation center" where the route is planned. Normally Airport - Patong - Karon - Kata ...

They run late into the evening until the last scheduled flight ...

//edit - from Karon ? Check with your hotel or travel booth. But same again - minibus runs to service scheduled flights.
