Kiss restaurant has a lot of detractors but I like their chicken with cashew nuts. About 100 baht.

2nd rd at the corner of Soi Diana Inn.

I am a chicken with cashew nut fan along with other Thai dishes but... Kiss Restaurant only adds onions to this particular dish. I suppose only having sliced onions keeps the price down. Coffee Club has a great Chicken with Cashew nut with a mix of vegetables and a tinge of spiciness. (not inexpensive but you get what you pay for)

You think its a Thai Dish ?

yes, yes i do.

it is of chinese origion, but very very much a thai staple.

why would you argue that it isnt?

Sure, just add some chilli and suddenly it's a Thai dish. Edited by balo

As usual 7/11 adds the best of Thailand to the menu with their new chicken cashew rice meal:

Don't sweat it Hal. Someone will be along shortly to point out that 7-eleven is a foreign concept that is owned by Thai-Chinese people.
