I have some small odd repair jobs at my condo mid Sukhumvit that include repairs to parquet

and laminated floors and other little things, I have tried to call some local handymen but no one

will come for such small jobs... any recommendations for someone who can do the above will be

appreciated..... communications in Thai is not a problem...
