I'm doing some repairs to a bungalow and need to replace the plastic edge strip that runs along some outside floor tilting , Ive managed to find new lengths of plastic edging the same color , but I've no idea what to use to stick and permanently hold the new edging strip into the gap between the tile and the concrete base .

Any ideas please

Waterproof tile adhesive, as used in bathrooms, might well do the trick.

You'll have to make sure to get all the old crap out of the gap first though.
