HUA HIN -- The Provincial Office of Prachuab Khirikhan is establishing a new centre in Hua Hin to help tourists in trouble. According to Mr. Pramualwit Phrischana from the Division of Tourism and Sport of the Provincial Office, Hua Hin has seen increasing tourism with many more Thai and foreign visitors each year. The Tourism and Sport Ministry of Thailand is allocating a budget to establish a new centre for tourist assistance in front of the tourist service centre in Hua Hin.

Staff fluent in Chinese and English will be available at the Centre for at least 16 hours each day. The administrative function will be similar to the centre the Suvanabhumi International Airport in Bangkok. The staff will coordinate with other organisations in Hua Hin to help tourists in trouble during their stay, including the Tourist Police, Immigration Office and local police officers. The main focus will be tourists who have issues with local shops, restaurants and public transport. Once complaints are filed at the Centre, the staff will verify facts and inform concerned authorities for a solution.

If only Hua Hin beaches and sea water were that clean!!

Someone stole the palm tree. I didn't see it on my last visit.

No opening date. No phone number. No surprise.
