It's good that they have all these meetings or nothing would be done.

The secret to being a good government employee is to attend /schedule several meetings every day, Do not leak word as to the location, length of time, nor subject to discuss until the group photo is finished and everyone has scattered .

This does not require a smart assistent in your office, as they can honestly say ''I dont know'' thus they do not have to remember a lie. If you miss a meeting and the ohoto, no problem, you had to leave early for another meeting.

I am sure there are records of the past 6 years of this campaign , I wonder how many photo shots are recorded? The results of these meeting have not seemed to have improved the road death count. We can learn something new everyday, just listen to our public servents tell us what the have done /accomplished. Some might say nothing others might say ''does not amount to a hill of beans'' both are probably correct.

It's good that they have all these meetings or nothing would be done.

Have a meeting, take copious amounts of photos, plenty of press to display the Puiyai, and then ignore it. It's a self-correcting problem. A few hundred people stop contributing to the gene pool.
