Found this license in Prachaup Khiri Khan a few days ago, belongs to MR. Mark Khlynovskiy(Phuket) if anyone knows him please send me a pm, if no answer within a few days I will give to a police friend.

Took the license to the post office, man said his postman will take to the house as its a Phuket address.

Great idea - but the guy might not live at that address anymore. Just hope that landlord knows where he is staying.
