Hi Ray,

I know in Umpong Song (spelling) village located on the ring road, the Thai owner is asking 600,000 Baht for a piece of land big enough to build a three or four bedroomed house with reasonable sized garden. Unsure of the exact measurements of plots. If he builds the house as well total costs 2.4 million baht, excellent quality I viewed early this year, Thai owner is a real gentlemen as well. I have a couple of photo's if you want them PM me and will send them to you.

I looked at a piece of land about the same size just on the outskirts of NP, asking price 300,000 Baht, again unsure of the exact size of land.

My girlfriend has two pieces of land in the sticks one about 8 Rai, she has been offered 250,000 baht for it, but it is really in the sticks.

If you need any more info will help if I can, will be there on 7th December.
