Bangkok To Surin By Train?

:o Just need a little info from the fine people of Issan.Which train station do i take a taxi to,once

me and tgf leave new airport to get to Surin.Will be taking the night train #67 i believe,sleeper cabin.

sleeper cabin is a big word, but i think you take the Sprinter with with sleeping chairs and airco. And just a Tip bring a blacket ( fleeze is good enough and not to heavy) The airco can make you feel like you're in a cooling boxcar.

Not really.....there is a first class sleeper between Bangkok and Surin. Two to a cabin, bunk beds. New times leaves BKK at 20.30, arrives Surin at 04.07. If you want a little longer in bed you can even get off at Sisaket. It also has a second class sleeper section.
