Just walk up and down Pattaya Beach Road between soi 2 and soi 13 and observe the festivities.

Top of the hill by the radio station.

I'm going to say the very south end of WS in front of Siam Bayshore Hotel.

Or venture out of town to Lake Maprachan.

There are dozens of stalls selling food, Kratongs etc.

Also we have about a dozen bar/restaurants selling good value beers and food.

What we don't have are fumes, extortionate prices and the dick heads are few and far between

Oh, I almost forgot, we also have a kiddies funfair set up just opposite the Wat at the end of Soi Siam Country Club.

Positioned at the north end of WS. Many people lighting bottlerockets, actual huge commercial fireworks, and of course thousands upon thousands of Loy Krathongs. There was even a ledge for us to sit on near those public toilets.

WS was a hoot with Thais and farangs alike dressed up. About 2-3 times a year WS has a sit down restaurant with massage chairs and beer. Crowds were insane but were kept moving.
