Leicester City to tour Thailand again - despite last year's sex scandal

Leicester City’s Premier League winners will return to Thailand this month, a year after the club’s post-season tour was tarnished by a racist sex scandal.

Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, the vice-chairman, has confirmed there are plans to take the squad back to the Far East despite the controversy generated last year.

Leicester sacked three academy players, including Nigel Pearson’s son James, after an investigation into ­allegations that the players had racially abused and made other offensive comments to women with whom they were engaging in sex acts in a Thai hotel room.
