The only thing I'll have a go at predicting is last season's Champions Chelsea to beat this season's Champions Leicester as Leicester have nothing to play for.

From 2nd to 7th it's squeaky bum time on Sunday.

You should have edited 3rd place to say (or Spurs), and 4th place to say (or Arsenal)

Here's one we didn't put in the permutation

Liverpool And West Ham Might Have To Play 39th Premier League Game

Remember when head of the Premier League Richard Scudamore came up with the preposterous idea of the 39th Premier League game player outside of England? Well he could yet get his wish this summer, although it's more likely to be at Wembley.

According to Premier League rules we could be in for a 39th game this season as long as results in Sunday's matches, the last game of the season, go according to the 'plan.' The match would be between West Ham and Liverpool and we assume it would be at Wembley or somewhere neutral in between the two sides like Villa Park, at this point I'm suppressing a rant about the FA Cup semi-finals.

It's all because the Hammers and the Reds could finish the league season level on points with equal goal difference and goals scored. Of course there's a few results to consider but in short should Slaven Bilic's side lose 1-0 to Stoke and Jurgen Klopp's men win 2-1 away to West Brom then we can all get excited for a Europa League play-off.

The scenario will also require Southampton to lose against Crystal Palace and Liverpool to lose the final of the Europa League which would otherwise guarantee them a place in Europe next season and not require the play-off with West Ham.

Liverpool could win by more than 2-1 and West Ham lose by more than 1-0 but it requires an equal swing between each other:

Premier League rules confirm that a match to determine who goes into European competition is necessary when everything is tied stating: "If at the end of the season either the league champions or the clubs to be relegated or the question of qualification for other competitions cannot be determined because two or more clubs are equal on points, goal difference and goals scored, the clubs concerned shall play off one or more deciding league matches on neutral grounds, the format, venue and timing of which shall be determined by the board."
