Normally you had to da check your car special first time, as it is seven year old.

That means a new bought in 2010, must be checked special in year 2017.

But here in thailand, 2010 are the first year, 2011 it is second years old, a.s.o., Meaning the car have to be cheked special in 2016, as it is seven years this year.

So witch year?

i always thought a car or motorbike needed to pass inspection after it was 6 years old.

Inspections stations are on the same road as the Motor vehicle registration office, ( right side) done while u wait,

My truck was 7 years (actual years, not joke counting years). Maybe they can check your keyboard too.

My opinion and experience in your case 2017 ...

Count your yearly payments in the blue/green book. If it is 7/5 or more then you have to go for a check before the next tax payment.
