Shipping motorbike in Thailand

Featured Replies

Hello all,

do you know a shipping company which can pick up a motorbike at one place (i.e. Kanchanaburi) and ship it to a friend at another place (i.e. Phuket).

Thank you!

thank you very much. i went to our local thaipost office (Thong Pha Phum) and asked, but they said they would not ship motorbikes anymore. Is this true, i mean does thaipost generally not ship motorbikes anymore, or is it just that maybe our local post office cannot or want not do it?

Thank you.

I would try another Post Office or use the contact information provided in the pinned thread at the top of the forum ( Thai Post) to find out.

The Post Office did it for us 10 days ago. Ask at the counter where you ship parcels. Say "Logispost".

B 1200 for a straight-line distance of about 110 km,though the circuitous route which the bike actually took was more like 650 km, plus B 70 for protective wrapping.

They give you a tracking #, so you can monitor its progress online. That is how I know the actual route.
