I have looked and looked but can only find a contact via email, no live chat. For some reason Ebay won't allow me to pay for an item through PayPal. I have been using this method for the last 5 years without a problem, now suddenly I can't pay. Don't know if this is just a temporary hiccup or not.

Yes you can communicate via Livechat for anything ( its not 24 hours service so you need to work out time difference).......For some subjects for some reason it doesnt give an option to go via livechat so just change the query until the icon lights up

Thanks. Have the problem sorted now and feel a bit silly. Once I cleared my browsing history and cookies it worked fine.
