Buying Car Buriram Area

Featured Replies

Hi,

coming to Buriram next month, want to buy a (cheap) 2nd hand Pick-up Car.

Where should I go?

I remember some garages on the Buriram - Lam plai mat highway just out of town in Buriram.

And in Town also some.

Should I go to Korat? Surin?

Anybody some advise?

Thanks in advance........

Key Question, how much you want to spend?

Key Question, how much you want to spend?

Because I will not be there full time, only 6 weeks a year: about 300k

Then the family of my wife can also use when I'm away.

Cause this would be the first car in family history , I don't like to spend too much, let them take car of the car first. Then we'll see what the future brings.

wise move

about buying a car for that money, in korat it will not go far, second hand cars here are expensive.

i've recently seen in the motor thread or for sale thread a couple of decently priced run a rounds.

it might be worth your while having a butchers

I'm aware it's not to much to spend on a 2nd hand car in Thailand.

That's why I am considering to use the 300k as a downpayment and pay of the rest in monthly terms.

If you wife/partner has property and salary 25% down otherwise 40% still needs proof address and income your wont suffice. The finance officer wil come out and take photos of property if this helps
