Owner's satisfaction and experience

How satisfied are users of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro? It looks like a bargain as far as price. (7,200 baht) I am a little Skeptical because I had a 5,000 baht Lenovo and it had all sorts of glitches and problems. It totally died after 13 months. I also wasn't happy with the Chinese text and add ons that I could not remove. The MI 5 also looks good but the price is much higher. I am using cheap smart phones at the moment but they do lack some of the things that I would like to have back, especially a good camera and some things are very slow running. No way will I again pay 20,000 baht for supposedly top of the line models. The Xiaomi MI5 would be the most expensive that I would consider.

I had similar problems with 2 Lenovo's and finally gave up on them. I've had a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 for 6 months now and am happy with it. No background Chinese apps popping up though I do suggest you disable the Chinese browser that comes pre-installed along with Chrome. The Miui interface is smooth and intuitive. I don't run a lot of apps and am not into action games but it handles everything I do have without problems. No complaints.

I do like that the Note-3 Pro has an all metal case. Xiaomi build quality is excellent and the display is very sharp with good colors.
