What are your vital statistics?

I'm 187cm (or six foot one and a half, in real measurements) and clock the scales at 82kg.

A while back I hurt my leg and couldn't exercise. I ballooned to 94kg, but am now back to normal

IMO, it's only really the sex tourists in BKK and Pattaya who are horribly overweight. I reckon most normal expats are reasonably okay and have decent figures.

I've managed to maintain my manly figure and indeed built myself up to 15 1/2 stone, despite all the cycling.  I'm about 6'1", surprisingly when I hold the tape measure from head to toe it always comes out at about 4-foot something.

6'4" - 235#.....

Need to lose a few & get to 225-230.....

Luckily large framed & have handled up to 255# but not bell shaped then - but other things demanded the weight.....More comfortable at the lower levels.....

You'd better get going, so you have the beach body in time ;)

Ha!

I've seen your photos. No way are you 15 1/2 stone. In some pics you look pretty good.

When I was very young I used to measure my privates. These days I kinda, well, you now,  maybe it's because I'm busy or a bit tired, but, well, I dunno how to put this ........ but how did I lose an inch?

Wow! You're a big guy.

My brother is 6'4" and slim. Dunno what he weighs, but it must be nowhere near 235.

You look good in your avatar pic, btw.

I'm a tall man 190cm , and weight is around 86 kilo,  I think I lost around 5 kilo after moving to Thailand 5 years ago. I try to avoid fatty food and do some light exercises. It seems to be working.

86kg @ 190cm is good: you're slightly taller than me, and a tad heavier. You must be beer-gut-free. I bet you look okay.

84kg might be a target.

No target here, I eat most types of food, but the secret is maybe I eat less, only 2 meals per day, and some fruit between the meals. I do drink beer but only in the weekends.

I reckon it's the beer and dairy products that put on most weight.

Beer is horribly fattening. Quit the booze and your weight literally plummets.

Stuff like butter, cheese and yogurt is less bad, but still a poor choice in this climate.

Can't comment on soda drinks (ie, Pepsi) and snacks (ie, Doritos) as I don't eat / drink that crap.

How did you lose an inch ?...answer is pubic fat. The bone directly above (it) a pad develops and thickens with age.

No, I have no pubic fat.

WARNING: ADULT CONTENT

My "power" isn't what it used to be. I'm in my late forties and healthy. My "upright angle"  is less than what it used to be. Perhaps I've not lost a whole inch (maybe only half an inch), but it's noticeably less impressive and awe-inspiring and monumental and jaw-droppingly magnificent.

I'm sure Transam's support will come in handy.  Remember to give it back when you're finished.

Girl looks at my Vital Statistic and says "who are you going to satisfy with that"

I answer "ME"

I once watched a BBC documentary in which young guys were asked to discuss their love-making skills. Most guys were appalling bores and talked a load of crud about "technique".

The interviewer then asked a skinhead how he would feel if he failed to give a woman the Big O.

The skinhead replied: "I couldn't give a shit".

Well he's a skinhead, you have to expect that kind of ignorant comment.

Yeah, the guy was an East London yob -- but his comment was funny because  it was such a contrast to the other guys who took things so seriously.
