Are 3BB broadband about to go down the same path as CTH?

Featured Replies

I've no idea, but here are similarities!

I used to receive monthly bills from them, but have now only received one in the past 4 months, despite 3 phone calls requesting them.

Instead, I just receive an sms, on the day payment is due, stating that my service will be terminated if I don't pay on that day!

Do I need that sort of service?

No I do not - just, seemingly, because they wish to save money on printing/posting bills.

They are now just coming across as another "joke" Thai company.

It could be a problem with the mail service.

When I had 3BB internet I changed to get the bills by email. Plus you can set up a online account to see your bill.

Registration for online service is here: http://www.3bb.co.th/3bb/member/

I have had trouble getting bills by mail with other companies (true) so it is not unique to 3BB.

Still getting mine as normal.

Perhaps use your impressive level of intelligence to find out what the real issue is.

He's phoned them three times to ask for them.

What next then, go down there and make a scene?

Well their parent company/subsidiary didn't exactly do well with the 900 MHz auction.

The stock (JAS:SET) is at a 52 week high.

You can research the company, read analysts' reports, form an educated opinion. Or just scatter animal entrails and see what they tell you.

Given that the SET is noted for being the "murkiest" market in Asia/World, the entrails might be a leading indicator?

I still get my bills OK every month, maybe it's your post. Anyway why do you need a bill, it's the same every month. Just pay it on the due date or like me pay yearly (with a discount) and forget it.

Wait till they cut service but they keep billing you. Never figured that one out.
