Big Motor Sale Show Bangkok?

I saw a reference to this show, which is at BITEC later this month, for the first time here on the forum. What is the purpose of this show...is it like the Bangkok Motor Show and such where manufacturers show their model lineups and one can also purchase cars? Any significant differences between this event and the other car shows throughout the year?
