Anyone who can tell me were there is a shoe repair shop in Udon.Thought the various spmarkts would have one of those franchise shops(mr Natee?)but cannot find one!!!

Shoe repairs are mostly done in small stalls along the streets, you have to keep your eyes open. If I remenber right there is on Udon Dutsadi RD between Fountain and Monument, south side, he has done a good job for us. You can find a proper Shoe repair shop Sisutha RD near the corner of Prajak RD, this is sort of behind Landmark Plaza.

There is a small open-fronted shoe/bag etc. repair shop in the road you come out onto from the central bus station. I think it is to the left and is on the opposite side.

Thanks for info. I have a pair of Timberland boots which I have not worn for years and the glue has gone and the soles fell of!!Need a cobbler who I hope uses the proper glue!!!

   Bring an old car tire to the shop. Or try the shoe section at Tesco's. I bought a few pairs of Camel shoes, soft leather for only 950 baht.  I really stopped going to such shops.
