Girls scream for help as old French pervert nabbed in Chiang Mai Central toilets

CHIANG MAI: -- Several Thai women screamed for help as an old Frenchman videoed them going about their business in the toilets of Central Festival, Chiang Mai.

 

Security rushed to the scene on the fourth floor and found 65 year old Patrick Peeser and detained him.

 

The girls said they had seen him leaning over the top of the cubicles taking pictures and at Mae Ping police station the truth was discovered.

 

Police found 12 video clips on the Frenchman's smart phone. In addition in his bag they found a half taken packet of Viagra.

 

Peeser (name transliterated from Thai) admitted what he had done. He said that he was a retired archaeologist who was travelling the world and had been living in a guest house in Chiang Mai for about six months.

 

Thai Rath reported that five women went to the police station to make claims against him. They were aged 19 -  23.

 

Sanook said that two of the women were a salon employee and a salon customer and that compensation was paid to the victims. They asked for the evidence on the smart phone to be erased fearing it may reach a wider audience.

 

The police charged Peeser with offences relating to creating a disturbance in public and causing embarrassment to others.

nope, good general said not to parade suspects for the cameras. in this case he paid compensation so will not have to go to court to be found guilty so he can remain anonymous. lucky for him he was doing this in thailand where he got off lightly.
