It is part of Steven Seagal's visit to Thailand.  It is backdrop to a new movie.  

 I know it probably isn't. But, it's as good of an explanation as anyone else has suggested.

Home of the biggest aircraft boneyard in the world. The sight of it is really mind-boggling.

Have never understood why all these planes could not be not be re cycled into base metals Anybody know,must be 1,000's
