Randomly disconnections to my US broker

Since last night, i get disconnected from my broker several time in a hour. Their support tell me, no problem on their side.

 

Now, This issue appears on my desktop Windows platform (wired to my 3bb modem) AND on my smartphone (mobile trader app), even when It's connected to AIS / 4G.

 

Everything else works fine.

 

Other people in the chatrooms don't complain/confirm about that. What happen? A defect submarine cable?

 

The timing is identical. I mean, when the desktop platform gets disconnected, exactly at the same time the mobile trader app loose its connection.

 

Strange. Isn't it?

Perhaps a routing issue. Have you tried connecting via a VPN?

 

 

Try using a DNS setting of 8.8.8.8 (google DNS) and/or 208.67.222.222 (OpenDNS) as it could be a routing issue.  Or try a VPN connection which alters your routing also.

I will try that. Thank you. Since late night, the issue seems to be gone. If it appears again, i will try to change the DNS.
