Immigration open tomorrow (Friday)?

After the the very sad death of the king, will government offices be open as normal tomorrow? 

 

I need to visit the port immigration office.

According to PM Prayuth it is business as usual. Officials are ordered to wear black but no news of any closed offices announced as far as I know. He said there will be mourning and people should do their best to pay respect, however, also to continue life as normal. That is how I understood his speech.
