I hope, I get some usefull Advices:

I would like to buy a Touchscreen Computer ( Laptop or All-in-One ) with a Tocuscreen

at a resonable Prize

The Ideas is also to find Play Software, where a 4 Year old Kid can play and learn

I need Advices for both and where to buy ( or Order online )

Thanks in Advance

I would say a tablet  is the best because there are so many learning apps

just make sure the Tablet has "Gorrila glass"   like iPads and the better Android tablets.

If you have someone coming from the USA , used iPads are .$100 -$150 on Ebay , you do not need the newest model

and get a case for when he drops it !

When I was the IT Coordinator at our local school we bought a heap of Apple Ipad 2s.

Then looked up all the best recommended apps on the internet, and recommendations from other school.

I set up all these apps on the ipads.

Fantastic machine and some equally fantastic apps.

Do get a good, practical case.

On the first batch I did put in a screen protector, but although the units were dropped, never had a broken screen.

Any chance you still have a list of the iPad apps ?

I bought an iPad 2 with WiFi 3G off Ebay for $120 shipped within USA ,

iPad 2 also has the camera so you can do Facetime

I gave my son my old 5"IQ II smart phone and he is quite happy with it.

Yes iPad Mini2 is another option, I have one of those as well but I only let him play with it when I can keep an eye on him as I paid top$ for it but a expat friend of mine bought 2 iPad mini's for his 2 girls and they love them but are winching about the lack of storage space (16gb, mine is 32).

Hi sorry, thought I sent a reply.

No I don't have the list anymore, but if you search schools websites or other 'recommender apps for school children' something like that you will find heaps.

Some good some not so good.

There are a lot of free apps but they just want you to buy the upgrade. There are a few you will try a couple of times then delete.

There are some great interactive reading ones.

I purchased a couple of hundred dollars in credits (itunes i think) and downloaded them to try.
