Hi guys, hop bought in Thailand for 7 eleven a smart phone brand True speedy 4G with 2 sim card, it worked great in Thailand but now that I'm in Europe by entering into the second slot my sim, I receive only calls and messages but I can not make phone calls . I would like to ask if anyone, knew how to explain why or what should I do to use it. Thanks for any suggestions

Is it unlocked to all Networks? If not, there's your problem. Obviously your Thai Sim card isn't going to work in Europe unless your Thai Air time provider has a roaming agreement in your home country.

I just noticed you can receive calls and receive messages so something is OK. It sounds now like there is some sort of credit issue allowing you to receive but not send anything.

 

 

Thanks for your reply, In IEuropa not funzionan Sims Thai, I think that worked only in Thai.
But here in Europe I put my usual Sim that works in other phones, maybe there is some block for outgoing calls

 

Its locked to true, flashing a new rom doesn't unlock it
True say they can't/won't unlock it
There are some files online saying they will unlock it but they are not free if you wait long enough some solution may be freely released eventually.
