Expat meeting Kalasin

Featured Replies

Hi a while ago I was told of a weekly get together at a hotel in Kalasin, I think at the Tupac hotel. Does this weekly shindig still go on? What time and day and do I have the correct hotel? Are there any other regular drinking sessions in the area?

Cheers Hutch.

yes the hotel is the SUPAK  right in the middle of town    not so many people of late but a few friendly  die hards   coffee / beer   whatever rows your boat      thursday lunch times

also in town now  SCOTTS BAR  near the bus station   good crowd in there   open thur/fri/sat and sun  ? if you google the name has a web site/face book

The name of the hotel is Supac, I don't know if they still occur or not. If you want some farang company, you might want to try Scott's Bar, across from the bus station.

Also a small group of mostly American's with an occasional Brit at Kalafare Coffee place along side of the Nam Kin Park lake, on Tues, Thurs., and Saturdays about 2:PM...    Then there is a small group of mostly European's, German, Dutch, such who get together at the Amazon Coffee place at the PT Station just outside of Kalasin on the road heading towards Roi Et...  I believe they also meet up on the Tues, Thurs, Saturday type schedule...
