Christmas Cards In Pattaya

Featured Replies

I have sent Christmas cards bought from Bookazine for the past two years. I can't send the same ones again. Where else can I find some nice Thai themed cards in Pattaya?

I found Christmas cards in 7-11 last year.

BIC C and Tescos have seasonal cards

Also there is a card shop on the second floor of the Royal Garden Plaza

As a point, it is now cheaper to send a card or letter to the UK via airmail than what it is to send a letter to the UK from the UK, also to send a letter airmail from Thailand to the UK takes about 7 days

The christmas cards I sent to the UK cost 24bht each airmail

I saw some at Carrefoure last year. When you go to the store on the second floor (far right side where you pick up the shopping carts), they had a small selection of cards and decorations available.

In Big C on Pattaya 2nd Road, on the ground floor level, they have a limited selection of musical Christmas cards, priced at 89 baht, imported from China. They are very near to the cashier desks on the left hand side.

However the downside is, that the Christmas tune is 'We wish you a merry Christmas' which is not really a Christmas carol, more of an unwelcome carol-singers dirge.

You might lose friends despatching the above said musical card to sensitive souls overseas.

For the real nice X-mas cards go to the shops in the Dusit Hotel or the A-1 Hotel. They can also provide you with stamps.
