Hey guys, i have a family member coming to sakon soon, she wants to tour around  anywhere around sakon or isaan for that matter, maybe hit up Vientiane and i have no desire to spend my time doing any of those things

Could anyone recommend a good agency with transportation that hopefully speaks french or at least  very very clear English?

Not sure if this will help, but ! Yesterday at Robinsons, second floor, there was a ticketing booth. Posters of airline companies & other travel stuff. If they can't help, maybe they can point you in the right direction.
