Big birds

I exercise at 2.30am untill 4 am(nice and cool plus no one about other than me) two huge white birds I assume are owls(big as in eagle size) nearly always are flying about above the water supply opposite wat Chalong, I've tried looking on the web for similar but can't find anything that is white other than the snowy owl, anyone know what they could be?

Sea Eagle....some times they very white.

Would they be flying at night though hence why I thought they must be some type of eagle owl.
