New 5-series pricing

Featured Replies

A national Thai newspaper just came out with an article with pricing for the new BMW (G30) 5-series. You could probably find the article if you search something like:

"bangkok bmw g30 pricing and spec"

The 520d luxury will be available as a CBU at 3.89 MB, and the 530i M Sport at 4.39 MB. CKD will start in "less than a year".

It has a lot of interesting tech. But will that tech make it into the Thai spec?

Is the 530 actually a 3 litre six or just the usual 2 litre 4 pot with a remap ?  Hoping a genuine 6 as it's CBU..

I'd watch the review but can't stand Schmeeee the lisping toff tw**

The 530i will be the 2 litre unit, like the 330i was (briefly), before it got a boot full of batteries and became the 330e out here.

The 3 litre 6 unit is now designated as a _40i
