I did post this question in an older post but it may have got lost in the vast, intertwining posts of the forum.

 

Anyway I'll give it another go. For one reason or another my ATM card has been cancelled and having spoken to KTB "customer service" they advised me to go to branch to get another one.

 

However I forgot to ask if I can go to *any* branch to do this or if I need o go to the branch where I opened the account. Only reason I ask is that I have moved a fair distance away from that area now.

 

If anyone can help or answer this if e grateful.

I got a new atm card from KTB, my bank is in Khonkaen, got new card in Banphai.

Thanks Colin. I know there are reasons why you have to go to you original branch. I didn't know if a new card was one of them. Thanks for the reply.
