Austrian Consul

Featured Replies

I need to visit the Austrian Consul in Pattaya and have heard that they recently moved.

Can anyone confirm this and provide me with their new address, opening hours and email address.

Sorry... missed this.

I'll move this to the Pattaya Forum where you're more likely to get some answers.

Likely at the Thai Garden Resort on the North Pattaya road.

Yes. Rudolf Hofer. Located next to the Thai Garden Resort. He is now the German consul as well.

Report in English language about the opening ceremony for his new location.

A big improvement over the previous location.

He has been consul for Austria AND Germany for quite long (years).

He holds passports of both countries (from birth).

" German Ambassador Peter Pruegel, Honorary Consul Rudolf Hofer and Austrian Ambassador Enno Drofenik cut the ceremonial ribbon."
