Hi,

We're selling our car, and have a couple from china interested. They've been in Thailand for a year, they say on tourist visa's. 

We were all wondering if its possible for them to have there name transferred to the car's blue book, showing them as the new owners.

If possible, what documents would they need to show.

All i can find is passports, and some sort of info showing a rental contract to where they are staying.

Any info would be helpful.

I think just passport is sufficient buy they will run into a lot of troubles as all documents are in Thai. Best if they can get a Thai proxy to help.

They need a certificate of residence.
