Strikes me as decidedly off if no-one knew about today's exceptional closure in advance - after all the electricity cable rerouting which has led to it was presumably scheduled for today some time ago. That said, no blame can be attached to Jomtien, of course, if the PEA failed to provide them with sufficient forewarning of the rerouting (and its temporary consequences for their electricity supply).

There was a big power outage last night in walking street according to reports this morning. There are upgrades going in from Pattaya to Sattahip with big outages a common occurrence.

I had a power outage today morning in Jomtien. But only for a few minutes.

Remember that Jomtien will also be closed on 13, 14 (15/16) and 17 April for Songkran !!
