Today my Taptalk App doesn't work so I opened Chrome on my phone instead. Then this warning appeared.

So I uninstalled my phone app first. Then saw a new app Thai Visa Connect and installed that. Which works fine.

But when I went on Chrome I got logged out and couldn't log back in because the Thaivisa.com website is unsecure.

Now I'm using the new Thai Visa Connect App for android. The only way I can access Thaivisa.com securely.

Indeed seems messed up - secure certificate is not valid (Thai way?) (or just not yet registered?).  Old App for Android does not work but at least they have link to download current one that does.  Can not block notifications without being prevented from logging on (with excuse not accept cookies - using Windows 10/Chrome) and now that have allowed notifications secure red lined and marked not secure on Chrome (that should be a priority fix as a lot of readers are likely to beat feet with recent security scares).

It appears the security certificate may have been fixed?  Was just logged out and after signing in again on Chrome have what appears to be a valid https connection marked as secure.

Now logged in on secure https but if select notification item and go to it I am sent to the item on a non-secure site and logged -out with invitation to log on and incorrectly told I do not accept cookies so can not log in when I try.  I can return to secure site and still logged in with previous page or re-loading forum.  Total nonsense.  Using Chrome on Win10.

Its a "work in progress" situation  the Tech guys are working on it.

Apologise for any inconvenience and your patience is appreciated whilst the work is "ongoing".

Ignore it , I get the same message on Firefox and Chrome for here but I get the same message for other sites ( Chinese ones) I log on, did drop someone a line saying this is my IP in case my password was hacked which is doubtful.

I have just tried to post a music video onto a thread and it has taken nearly an hour to do it. That is how difficult it is today on Thai Visa.

Don't have any issues from here, check your internet, isn't it some holiday in Thailand?

Previous issues have been addressed.

Everything appears to be as it should. I suggest if you still have problems to log out. Close your browser. Then open and log back in.

It is not the internet and a holiday has nothing to do with forum as it is not hosted in Thailand.  As said they have now got it running on https for all pages and seems to be working sooo much better.

It had nothing to do with being in Thailand - they were serving both http and https pages - I am in Thailand but my connection is in Singapore - and I indeed had problems with security certificate early today and then signing on and then not being signed off every time sent to non-secure page.  It has been a work-in-progress all day.  Suspect you arrived after the main issues were resolved.

Good it has been resolved. If all else fails fly Charlie in to have a look.

I have an A7 Samsung smartphone and my own wifi that I use only. True wifi very fast.

Today I wake up and go on Chrome and internet explorer on my phone. Both give me the screenshots I posted. Both keep logging me out of Thai Visa.

I deleted the old Taptalk Thaivisa app today and installed the new 20 odd MB app instead. This works except I can't upload images or video.

The amount of replies today a holiday in Thailand on Thailand News looks to me to be down alot from Yesterday. I wonder how many other Mobile Phone users are having problems today as well.

Don't know if TV has recently switched over to HTTPS, but believe this is all to do with Chrome now not 'trusting' symantec ssl certificates. So those sites that still have them will display a 'this site is not secure' warning in the address bar. Doesn't mean the site is compromised.

The Forum is not protected by ssl. A little bit better, sorry for any inconvenience caused throughout the day whilst we fixed all the links.   TD

Thaivisa is not the problem its google chrome. Those affected read this:-

https://searchenginewatch.com/2017/03/31/google-chrome-ssl-certificate-proposal-could-affect-millions-of-websites/

So if the Google Chrome team moves forward with its proposal, it will have a huge impact on Symantec and its customers. Symantec would have to reissue potentially millions of certificates, creating a huge headache for customers, who would have to go through the validation process and install replacement certificates.

So after 3. 1,2,3, SORRY THAIVISA
