Will AT&T ever roam with Telenor in Myanmar?

The four carriers in the US are AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and U.S. Cellular. They must roam with Myanmar-available carriers in Myanmar. For example:}

 

• AT&T must roam with Telenor
• Verizon must roam with MPT
• Sprint must roam with Ooredoo
• U.S. Cellular must roam with MEC

 

Should this ever happen?

Hope not when I was in Myanmar no one had phones including the girls.  It was fantastic.

Times have changed.....everybody has a phone now, even well up country.
