Yes I make you right. There is very little that the police are either not involved in or controlling. From making hooch in the woods to 'protecting' legit' businesses.

 

I can remember when Y Shin got in. We (our farang circle) agreed that what was needed was a special unit (the untouchables!?) to cut a swathe of decency through the corruption at the higher levels. Our naive  thinking was that the anti-corruption would trickle down. How disappointed we were/are!

 

Ch-o-ch said he would sort the corruption out. Has he started yet!!??
