Hi, my extension of 1 months is ending June 20.

I need to stay in Thailand at least for another 2 months.

I have 2 options then :

-Visa run with a flight to a surrounding country (They told me last time at the border I could not get another 30 days by land). Is it possible then by air? Will I be eligible for another 30 days at immigration in Jomtien/Pattaya?

-2 months tourist visa at the consulate in Vientiane or Phnom Penh. Is it possible as well knowing that on the 24/01/2017 I was stamped for 3 months on my business visa (ending 28/02/2017) so I have done a visa run by land on April 22...???

Thank you for your answer

Yes you'll get permission to stay for 30 days if entering by air, and you can extend that stay by 30 days.

You should have no problem getting a tourist visa. You're expired business visa and border hop shouldn't have any influence on the issuance of a new tourist visa.
