We get ours (not old rice sacks) courtesy of the local ampur when flooding is forecast.

 

We don't flood but our address allows us to have "flood relief", wifey always collects and distributes to the more needy.

 

They must be available for sale, I've just never needed to buy any.

Thanks for the replies.

Just wanted to build  a levy bank up a bit higher on a new field i'm levelling.

Local hardware shop doesn't cater,will try the Amphur and if not will try the army golf course.
