Oppo 371

Featured Replies

Inexperienced with smartphones. Treat me gently please.

My Oppo371 midrange is giving me a problem with LINE video calls. I can hardly hear what the person at the other end is saying. They can hear me very well. Sound volume is normal when it's an ordinary call. When I go into settings, the sound volume is set at maximum.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

And there is only one volume to be set?

Some mobiles have distinct settings for different sources.

Mine has four different volume settings.

Sorry that I can not help with Oppo 371 in detail.

Apparently this is a problem with some mobiles of the Oppo brand.

One fix I've tried ( and it appears to have improved somewhat ) is as follows:

Go to settings
Go to Settings>Tap notifications and status bar
Tap manage notifications

Go to the LINE app and tap

Turn on notification sound and vibration ( It was turned off in default settings )

Any other inputs welcome, probably more fixes out there.

Yes, I do know that. If you can find me one in Chiang Mai that speaks English fluently so I can explain the problem ( my Thai is not that good ) I'd be delighted.
